I approach design the same way I approach people, with an open willingness to learn. Learn more about them, the product, the goal, the competition, the audience. The more information you can gather from teammates, experts or clients—the more successful the end product will be. The most important tools for a designer are adaptability and a won’t quit attitude.

Working as a graphic designer and marketing professional over the past 14 years I have challenged design at budding start-ups, publicly traded global companies, award winning marketing agencies and even started my own design company, UTC Design & Print.
